He recalled how the traditional precepts and steps of traveling in every nation are distinct from all other nations.He got sources of information from frequent travelers, explorers, emigrants, missionaries or soldiers. He collected this information of the experiences of these persons and studied their views. He made a book out of it which it The Art of Travel. He researched for several geographical works.The book is not exhaustive to read, but contains sufficient chapters, such information which are not totally known to explorers. The book has several editions published. The first edition was not that extensive in scope and the next editions were comprehensive and much enhanced.Traveling is one of the greatest outlets man has ever done for many years.
