Description

Louis-Georges Desjardins led to indite this book to negate assertions stated by the nationalist Henri Bourassa, with which the writer dreaded dying each Quebec national with the similar disloyal color in honor to their role in World War I.

The writer, having drafted that paper for the explicit and partisan resolution of attesting the fairness of the consideration of the Allies in World War I, and disputing Mr. Bourassa’s deceptive and treacherous philosophies, Desjardins understood that the nationals of Quebec, Montreal, Ottawa and Toronto, who intensely directed an English version to be distributed in every Province, acknowledged the morals it might form.

Desjardins respects it as his domineering obligation to bestow to his English-speaking compatriots this book consists all the elements of his French writing, and the resistance wherein a justly dedicated French Canadian has founded the hallowed source of Civilization and Liberty for the victory of which the splendid Allied Nations have been very valiantly at war for the final 4 suspenseful periods.
