Description

This is the implausible tale of the deeds of the men and women of the Canadian Expeditionary Force, Canada’s contribution to the Great War 1914-1919, in the final 100 days of World War I.

After almost 4 years of impasse – trough combat – the Allied Forces prepared to infiltrate the German Hindenburg Line and then oust the opponents from their armored stations. You will catch on the CEF as they seize Amiens, Arras, Cambrai as wells as the quest of the German Forces from Valenciennes to Mons – in Belgium, the similar location where the battle started.

John Frederick Bligh Livesay was a British-born Canadian journalist and writer. John had incalculable management positions with The Canadian Press.
