Description

Ward was confined after a surreptitious disaster when Woodford, an opposing rancher, appealed 600 cattle be sent within 3 days under an agreement that the 2 had filed into. The amount had before decreased and Woodford was expecting upon Ward’s failure to convey to run away a loss on the agreement. Woodford had decided his moment fortunately. The herd were distant to the south over the Valley River and Ward had no preference but to request his brother, Quiller, to take the cattle.
