Henry Vizetelly, authoring using the pen name J. Tyrwhitt Brooks, recounts a conquest to California he seized from 1847 to 1848. Firstly, he prepared to serve as a surgeon for the United States Army throughout the war in Mexico, but clashes had concluded from the moment he submitted an application. Henry Richard Vizetelly was a British publisher and author. He begun the periodicals Pictorial Times and Illustrated Times, drafted a number of narratives while employed in Paris and Berlin as correspondent for the Illustrated London News, and in 1887 created a printing house in London, Vizetelly and Company.
