Description

Many foreign tourists in our place, whose own personalities and behaviors have not frequently given them proper manners to be represses of others, have much easily conveyed us what we must not do and it will be helpful to learn from the reputable authority, what is made in an elegant society in Europe, and, certainly, what we must do, so as to shun all just represses. In this way, we are sure of ourselves, we will be so much more efficiently achieved by the review of the laws and morals.

The audience will learn in this book many rules based on customs and usages atypical to France and many other states, where the Roman Catholic faith is founded. But it was believed better to keep them at work, rather than to deface it, by doing some physical changes as would have been caused by obliterating every single thing of that label. In our free and open minded country, these differences will give affront to no one, while to others, their uniqueness, will be at any rate out of the ordinary.

Élisabeth-Félicie Bayle-Mouillard, also referred to as Élisabeth Celnart, born in Moulins, Allier is a woman of letters from France.

Her parents were Nicolas-François Canard and Elisabeth Groujus . Her father was an teacher at the Moulins High School and is presently well received for his work in economics and law. He permitted his daughter to attend high school, which was notable during those years.

In 1834 his well known book, Le Guide de la parfumerie, or Manuel du perfumeur, was published. If paid on printing of copied texts, it will then be famous, frequently redistributed, also interpreted into many dialects and in such widely imitated. Wide chapters are dedicated to scents, dentifrices, beauty tools and hair care, with special credits to their production.
