The Merneptah Stele or Israel Stele or otherwise known as the Victory Stele of Merneptah, an inscription by Merneptah, king of Ancient Egypt. The inscription is an informative record of Merneptah’s victory over the Libyans and their allies. The inscription proves that the Israel existed, that they are religiously devoted to God.

The Israelites lived somewhere in Canaan far back in the 13th-century B. C. E. or the Late Bronze Age. The Israelites coalesced the recurrence of the Kingdom of Israel, and the Kingdom of Judah. The Israelites joined the nomadic group, the Hebrews.
