The College Freshman’s Don’t Book

$19.00

Description

A brief, funny reference to college freshmen on what they must not do on their first year in college.

This contains these don’t chapters: As to the Place, As to Settling Down, As to Dress, As to Dining, As to Lectures and Studies, As to College Organizations and Friends, and As to Things in General.

Some reminders such as don’t think that you are the owner of the College Town from the time you walk into it. Be reminded that there are earlier assertions, and you are not the first resident.

Don’t assume the College Town to provide you with the best climate; because it would not. The weather condition is usually the one thing of a College Town not yet learned. Obviously, if you ensue to have come from Lapland or Patagonia, and do not know what the best climate is, the weather condition here might go well with you. The former dwellers in a College Town reside to be so outmoded; this is to be justified for by the reason that they are made active by their interest to know what type of climate is going to change the next day.

Don’t fail to recall that visiting family members, other relatives and visitors to the College, should see the Library, the Gymnasium, the Dining Hall, and the Athletic Field. These, and the Campus, are mostly all the places there are to see. It is good to get this list of places warily in mind first on, as it saves you from alarm at the eleventh hour. You always believe that you will find the place and get anything new to present to your visitors; but this you will not do. The list of places is a literally perfect one, and it is enough. Those visitors often play as if they are really thrilled of every site in the College Town.
