Joseph Rudyard Kipling was a British journalist, writer of short stories, poet, and novel writer.Rudyard’s writings comprise The Jungle Book, Kim, and several short fiction, such as The Man Who Would Be King. Rudyard was among the very famous authors in the United Kingdom, in both literature and poetry, in the later part of 19th and first part of 20th centuries. Henry James stated: “Kipling strikes me personally as the most complete man of genius, as distinct from fine intelligence, that I have ever known.” In 1907, at 42 years old, he got the award of the Nobel Prize in Literature, becoming the first English-language author to be awarded and its youngest awardee thus far.
