Jessie Graham Flower is allegedly a pen name for United States novelist Josephine Chase whose death was on 1931. She was the writer of the famous Grace Harlowe series of 27 stories for girls, penned from 1910 to 1924. The novels are divided into four series, such as a high school series, college series, Overseas series, and Overland Riders series. In spite of the success of these stories and their ongoing run in the passed down book store, there is virtually no facts accessible on stream of the novelist. She was also renowned by other fictitious names such as Pauline Lester – Marjorie Dean Series, Ames Thompson, Capt, Gordon Bates, and Dale Wilkins. Josephine Chase also wrote the Khaki Boys series (1918-1920) using the fictitious name Captain Gordon Bates. The Harlowe series is about the life of its female lead just about in order from high school all throughout college and more. Similar with Flower’s other lead, Grace is a good example, heretofore a “paragon when her story begins”.
