Description

Blindfolded starts with the depiction of San Francisco by the lead character. That there is a city of hills full of different houses towering the lower statures, some of the mountains look so plain in the surroundings and become green mountains as they go further in the vastness to the right and left. A complex mound of buildings coming into view from the verge of the waters, a massive of poles and ships floating in the torrent.

Giles Dudley is asked by his cousin Henry Wilton to help him in San Francisco, but the purpose for the calls is unclear. Dudley responds to the call and saw himself instantly enfolded in mystery and deception, the bottom of it which he certainly did not know. He was assigned to care for a strange little boy whom he has not even met. His cousin was gone. Dudley’s responsibility in the case persuaded him that as he is about to try to help out his cousin with the unraveling of the mystery, and does with his eyes shut.
